In Adventures in Conservation, Michaela Strachan is part of the first international film crew to ever travel to an ex-Soviet nature reserve in Uzbekistan’s remote mountain ranges in search of one of the world’s most elusive big cats, the snow leopard.

A vulnerable species, understanding where these animals roam is crucial to their survival. Michaela joins rangers in the country’s largest national park on a tracking expedition to collect vital data and uncover clues about the behaviour of this famously shy predator.
